Pasture Raised Lamb
Our lambs are a Katahdin/Dorper cross and raised on pasture 100% of the time. They eat grass in the sunshine until about 6-9 months of age.

We sell most of our lamb in retail cuts. Lamb have four main sections that can be butchered into a variety of cuts.

Whole and Half Lambs
Buying a whole or half lamb will save you a significant amount of money and ordering before the lamb goes to the processor allows you to customize your cuts. A whole lamb will yield approximately 30-40 lbs of packaged lamb for the freezer and occupy about 1-2 cubic feet of freezer space.
